Consistent Use is important for Essential Oil Success.
Very often I hear people say those oils didn’t work for me. I always ask did you use them once and decide? I will agree not every oil works the same for every person but there is tons of oils for everyone. Often we try an oil once and if it does not produce results right away we give up and decide that Essential oils don’t work. But to be successful you may need to use them consistently.
Creating a Routine
When I started with Doterra the only thing I was doing consistently was one drop of digestzen in my water a couple times a day and deep blue rub on my chest ever morning and every night. Both of those things were amazing but as time went on I started adding more and more. Now I have an amazing routine and am constantly adding to it. Please do not be intimidated by this we all begin to see results the more we use them and creating routine will really help. A lot of this started with the Dr Hill challenge.
Here’s what I do every day
1st thing every morning I go to all 8 of my diffusers and fill them all. Yes with a plant watering can. I love it. Every diffuser has a mug beside it with several oils to use. Examples: Bathrooms I have lime, tangerine and lemon. Dining room Peace, balance, align. My office Rosemary, lemon, passion, motivate , cheer, or arise. I choose what is going in each diffuser and get them set up for the day.
Shower: Doterra shampoo and conditioner with a drop of lavender, rosemary and Cedarwood added for long strong thick hair
If I am working I always have spearmint and lime in my diffuser as I get ready.
Skin cream made with Copaiba, Frankincense and Citrus Bliss slather on after the shower.
Balance on my feet( calm and balance for my day)
OnGuard on my feet (immunity)
2 homemade gel caps:
1 for heart support. 2 💧marjarom 2 💧lemon grass top with olive oil
1 for cellular/emotional support. 1 💧 copaiba 1 💧Frankincense top with olive oil
LLV 3 each
1 Each Terryzyme, PB ASSIST, deep blue polyphenol,
Homemade face pads, Jasmine roller ball and Doterra anti-aging moisturizer.
Deep Blue Rub on my chest and shoulders every day
I use passion as my perfume most days I made a spray and rollerball.
Throughout the day
I use several in cleaning and cooking

While we are watching TV or winding down we typically
Have Balance or Peace in the diffuser
I love to roll Peace on my feet and wrists and take deep inhales to relax and unwind
Also if I have been walking a lot or been to the gym I will apply a mixture of deep blue rub and lemongrass and on my feet and massage for a few minutes.
PM Supplements LLV 1 each,
Terryzyme 2 or 3 depending on meal,
1 Digestzen soft gel
I am a bath lover. I have been taking a bath nearly every night my entire life. When I began oils I started incorporating oils into my bubbles. If you are going to use oils in the tub you will want to mix your oils with a carrier oil. Here are some of my favorite oils for baths.
Ylang Ylang, Serenity, Lavender, Roman Chamomile are all great choices. A few drops with a teaspoon of carrier oil.
Soothing (calm tired sore muscles)
Aromatouch, deep blue, birch, marjarom, lemongrass.
Once or twice a week I do a detox bath.
Option #1: 1 cup Baking soda, 2 cups Epsom salts and 3 or 4 drops of Zendocrine
Option #2 1 cup Baking Soda, 2 Cups Epsom salts and 3 to 4 drops ginger
Options #3 1 cup Baking soda, 2 cups Epsom Salts, and 3 to 4 drops Lavender.
Before bed routine
We fill the diffusers every night before bed usually with different blends every other night.
Always a drop of On Guard to build immunity.
Grapefruit and Cedarwood, OnGuard, breathe and serenity, Vetiver and petigrain, Ylang ylang and Siberian fur.
Peace, align, anchor, serenity, Roman Chamomile, Melissa
Each night one serenity soft gel, one Tri ease soft gel,
Roller ball on feet vetiver and petigrain (for restful sleep)
Rollerball (to make 10 ML 15 drops of Melissa the rest FCO) MELISSA on my spine and base of neck (for complete relaxation)
I try to do all of this within 30 minutes of lights out and am constantly working towards removing distractions (technological) from my nightly routine.
A little more on sleep and Essential Oils
Once again I want to say I have been doing this for 2 and a half years and started with just 2 oils in my routine. I am constantly changing things up and adding things in.
