Procrastination is a dream killer.
Procrastination is just an excuse for not knowing what you want the most. If you want it bad enough you won’t let anything stand in your way. If you do not have a clear defined path you will struggle to accomplish whatever your goal or dream are.
First the What?
It has to be VERY Specific and Clear
So you want to save for a vacation. 1st thing how much do you need? How much time you have to save it? How many paydays? Now divide your amount 2500.00 divided by paydays 10= 250 per paycheck. Now save it 1st. Open an account and direct deposit 250 every payday. We just started a 10% account after reading about it, it explains that you should try to live within 90% of your means. So the 1st “bill” that is paid each payday is 10%. Amazing how fast it adds up and it is simple.
This one is very different. Depending on how much you have to lose and what you are willing to do. If you have a lot of weight to lose break it into smaller increments. Think 4 to 8 lbs per month. Now what wil you need to do to lose the weight? Eat Healthier….what does this require? Activity…..plan it. Who can help? Chat with them. Stop making excuses and do it. Weight loss requires a plan. But it also requires recognizing the healthy changes you are making and not the number on the scale.
These are just 2 examples what ever you are trying to accomplish you will need to put in the work and know you why.
The Cold Hard Truth
You need to stop making excuses. If you want something bad enough you WILL go after it. You will accomplish it. There is no reason hat willl keep you from getting what you want UNLESS you don’t want it bad enough. So make a choice, take control and go get it.
